A Very Happy Independence Day to  All Meri Mati Mera Desh 2023           WE ARE ONE`Let us all be proud of our beloved nation.We have to  collectively strive to make India vibrant, strong and a powerful nation`.Independence Day was celebrated in Cambrian Public School on 15th August, 2023. Principal Dr Neeta Pandey hoisted the National flag.   Students, teachers and all the members of Cambrian fraternity  enthusiastically came together to celebrate this festival. On this auspicious occasion  various cultural programmes filled the environment with patriotic zeal. An energetic and power packed poem was   recited  by Shailoj Singh to  pay tribute to our great freedom fighters. Patriotic Song, by the students,  mesmerized the audience and left them spell bound. A scintillating dance sequence on Vande Maataram attracted the attention of all.Mime act on the theme of love for the motherland  was performed by the talented  artists of the  school. Karate and  NCC band displayed their skills with great synchronization. Fancy Dress competition on the theme of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav was organized for the tiny tots of the school. It was the best way to recollect the memories of the past heroes. Students displayed their artistic and creative skill by participating in Painting Competition. Declamation Competition on the theme of  `Meri Mati Mera Desh` was a sight to behold as the students enacted the role of freedom fighters and their amazing dialogue delivery left the audience in awe. Cambrian fraternity celebrated Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign to infuse the feeling of patriotism among the people. It was a colorful scene. Tricolour dominated the entire environment. Principal Dr. Neeta Pandey congratulated everyone and said that all of us must be proud to be the citizens of a free and independent India. We must emulate, follow and respect our freedom fighters. As we are a part of this big and progressive family, we all  must contribute our bit to develop India in all sectors as India is our country. We should start by loving ourselves then our family and above all our country. One should primarily focus on our duties and responsibilities towards our nation and not forget  the sacrifices and struggles of the brave and courageous freedom fighters of India. She highlighted on the importance of Skill education under NEP and applauded the students and mentors  for covering each aspect of it in this celebration.  She concluded her speech by a famous quote of Mahatma Gandhi - The future depends on what you do today.
