Description <p><b>Workshop on Harms of Tobacco</b> <b>was conducted on 11-12-2023, in</b> <b>Cambrian Public School, Kanke Road by National Tobacco Control Programme</b>. <b>The resource persons were - Mr. Sushant Kumar, District Consultant Tobacco Control Cell, Ranchi, Mr. Satish Kumar a Social Worker- Tobacco Control Cell Ranchi and Mr. Niraj Kaushik, Programme Coordinator, Ranchi Cancer Care Foundation</b>. They threw light on the harmful effects of consuming tobacco, chemical combination of various drugs, cause of dangerous diseases, painful deaths and how we can prevent oneself from being addicted to it. It was an interactive session. Students participated in the questionnaire round and won prizes.</p><p><b>Principal Dr. Neeta Pandey</b> appreciated the effort of<b> District Tobacco Control Cell </b>for their initiative in this direction.</p>
