<p><b>Foundational Literacy and Numeracy</b> are the cornerstones of a child`s educational journey. Focusing on the same, various activities were conducted on the FLN Day to create awareness about FLN and inculcate the same into teaching learning process of the students of age group 3 to 8 years (classes Pre-Nursery to II).</p><p>The following Sessions and activities were held at Cambrian Public School, Kanke Road, Ranchi on 23.07.2024 (Tuesday).</p><div><div>1. Use of Jadui Pitara - creating interest and engagement in the learning process.</div><div>2. Inviting Community members like, parents and school management - creating awareness about Foundational Literacy and Numeracy.</div><div>3. Activity based Classroom Sessions – for active involvement of students and participation in the teaching-learning process.</div><div>4. Toy-based learning – focusing on cognitive development through fun-based learning.</div><div>5. Art-based learning – creating creativity </div><div>6. Screening of FLN film.<br><br></div><div>Principal, Dr. Neeta Pandey encouraged all the parents and teachers of the Foundational stage to be a strong pillar in shaping the child`s foundational knowledge. She was overwhelmed by the performances of the tiny tots with their parents in the FLN workshop and the story-telling sessions.<br></div></div>
